We love living at Red Hawk Crossings, these homes are beautiful, affordable and a great place to raise a family. There are many families that live in this community, so the kids have a lot of fun playing together. We are so close to everything that Castle Rock has to offer and I-25 is very accessible from here. The Property Manager Wendy is very pleasant to work with and is always willing to take care of any issues that may arise. We would highly recommend living here to anyone that is looking for a town home in the Castle Rock area.

We love living at Red Hawk Crossing. As a family with 2 small kids and a dog it’s the perfect neighborhood. It’s clean, quiet and pet friendly. We are close to many amenities, trails and our sons school. Wendy, the manager is great. She helped us transition into our home and Colorado smoothly and quickly. Any time we need help with anything in the house the maintenance team is on it immediately and has it resolved quickly. We would strongly recommend Red Hawk to anyone looking for a great small community to live in without the stress of homeownership.

I have lived in my Red Hawk Crossings townhome for 2 1/2 years. It's been a great and safe community to raise my kiddos. We are just a 1/2 mile from downtown Castle Rock and The MAC center. Accessibility to I-25 is right there too. Been extremely happy with everything Red Hawk Crossings provides.

We have been living in the Red Hawk Crossings townhomes for almost 3 years. There is so much to love about this cozy little neighborhood! Quiet, clean, and well maintained! Our town home is beautiful with updated modern finishes, the grounds always look amazing, and whenever we need something fixed or replaced, maintenance is prompt and courteous to our schedules! Great landlord, who really cares about the tenants and their needs! We love being so close to !-25, and the quaint downtown area Castle Area, which is full of great restaurants, parks, and breweries! We couldn't love where we live more!

I have been renting from this management team for many yrs and no complaints or issues. Living in Castle Rock with so many choices I feel this is a community I'm very happy with and respected. They offer a smooth payment service for your monthly payment so you never forget and a quick response to any repairs if needed which I have had minimal. I love the quarterly reminders and housing tips to save money with your utilities. The landscaping and parking are kept up on a regular basis and very clean. Makes it a beautiful place to call home.

My husband and I have lived here two years. The initial showing, review and move-in process went very smoothly. We were new to online rental payments but after getting everything set up, it’s been wonderful! The resident portal is easy to use and has valuable information. There have been a couple of fixture upgrades and the handyman was on time, efficient and friendly. It’s easy to report any maintenance issue via the resident portal and response from management or contractors has been very quick. We like the neighborhood; it’s perfectly located for access to downtown Castle Rock, I-25 and neighborhood parks.

For a few years, my family & I have been lucky enough to lease a home at Red Hawk Crossings. We reside in the end unit of the Elkhorn model, which is a 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom with separate laundry room & pantry. We love the open floor plan and have plenty of room to entertain dinner guests. The home is open with high ceiling and welcomes natural light with many windows. The granite counters are easy to keep up. We have ample storage space with 2 walk-in closets, one in the master bedroom and one in 2 of the smaller rooms. I also love the large garden tub in the master bath and the separate shower. The double sinks in the master bath make it nice for quickly getting ready for work or an evening out. Another nice amenity is the open crawl space under the house accessible to through the garage. … The crawl space is tall enough to move around freely and is well lit with lighting inside the space. We also enjoy the location of the property as it is close to downtown. There are many open trails that wind through the Red Hawk neighborhood where you can enjoy evening strolls, taking in the foliage, water run off under the trails, winding throughout. There is also easy access to the trails that lead into downtown Castle Rock, a short walk to Festival Park without having to use the streets for access. The Plum Creek trail nearby, offers a beautiful walk, bike ride or jog alongside the creek that is active year-round, also filled with beautiful foliage. This trail leads right into Festival Park, the Town of Castle Rock & the Library. Another short walk is the MAC Center with its many open trails, summer concerts in the park, the 200-stair incline as well as sports and indoor pool, gym for children, etc. You will also enjoy the annual Star Lighting for the Holidays as well as many other close activities when living on the edge of the downtown area. From the street, there are views of the Rock of Castle Rock as well as 4th of July fireworks to the west of the neighborhood. Our experience working with the property managers at Red Hawk Crossings has always been a pleasure. Although we haven’t had a need for much service to our unit, when we have, the process has been smooth, fast and resulted in high satisfactory service.
